Scary Times.

Hi Blog readers and family,

Sorry i haven't been updating my blog as much recently, I was in two minds what to write and didn't want my entry to sound like a pity us entry or look like attention seeking. I know many people have it tough in other ways and that we have always been luckier then some but ...

The fact of the matter is that this is a worrying scary time for Kev and i . The future is not clear and we are almost sick with worry.

Kev has went into work for the last time today he was made redundant on Thursday and was told that he had a stock check to do for the administrator's .

Kev managed to keep the car over the weekend but from this afternoon that's him without a job and car, now had it been that this had happened and his wage that was due to be paid on the 26 Th of October was going to be paid , we would not be sitting here stressed as much as we are today as we would have some breathing space but this isn't going to be the case.
He has been told he will have to claim from the government and you can imagine how much time that will take to be sorted out.

I know in time this should work out but it's the getting to that time that is worrying Kev and i the bills won't stop coming just cause the funds have and the economical climate is less then perfect not to mention the horrible time of year to find yourself out work.

  1. Sharon I am utterly distressed for you and Kev, I am so sorry to hear about this happening to you both. I know it is not much comfort, but things will get better, "Speak to Citizen's Advice" and get their help to rearrange things for you until you are back on your feet, they really do help, don't delay do it today, I was going to ask you to come to the SECC on thursday with Nikki and I, I would love you to come, but understand that that may not be possible....I am taking the car.....I could pick you up.....let me know, many many Hugs Avril xxxxxxxxxx
