Sun , Sea & Sand.

Hi everyone,
Just back in had a fun day out with Ben . We went to the beach to let Ben chase his ball and have fun in the water. Boy can that Collie run, I love seeing him off the lead and running free, But as he is still young and very interested in people and other dogs, We can't let him off here so armed with tasty snacks , a clicker and his ball launcher We headed down to the beach. My husband was a bit worried as the beach was busy with lots of dogs and people about but i reassured him it would be fine so off came the lead.

Ben had so much fun and listened to his commands well. We had one little incident of him getting over excited and running to greet another dog but a sharp command from me brought him back . I am proud of him and happy he did not show me up. I wouldn't hesitate to do that more often now he seems to be able to listen over his excitement unlike previous tries.

As i write this both Collie and hubby are asleep on top of our bed Tut!! too much fresh air i think.
