First time For everything..


First time for everything today i decided to make Jam with the Raspberries a work mate of my husband's had kindly given him after growing them in his garden.


This was the result ..... once cool these jars are making there way to my mum and dad and to my mother in law's, of course i will have a jar kept tucked away in my own fridge. MM MM ! raspberry jam i hope it tastes as good as my grandma's used too.

    Sharon this looks Yummy, it has been a long time since I made Jam...I love the smell and the skimmings are the best. When I first started making Jam I was only about 11 and my poor dad had to eat tonnes of Rhubarb & Ginger, as that is all we grew in our garden...LOL Hugs Avril xxx
