Hello

Goodness me I have just noticed that i hardly blog these days and mainly just put cards on here so i thought i would have a wee chat with you all today.

I have had a busy time making Christmas Cards for friends family and the charities i support to date i have made 300 cards and i must say i have loved doing them. I adore Christmas time always have and always will.

I think that at Christmas time the world seems that little bit kinder and happier maybe a naive view but i just observe that people chat more to you at shop checkouts and the staff seem a bit more friendly although to be fair hubby and i always have a wee banter with the operators when we shop at any time of year.

I am thinking my Christmas decorations will be put up on the 27Th of November this year as it takes 24 hours to put them all up , This house is like Santa's Grotto how i manage to get between 3 and 5 trees in a two bedrooms house is beyond me but i do lol and even the bathroom gets the Santa treatment , Friends and family who visit enjoy our home and we enjoy having visitors.

I should have a big American type house with a huge kitchen and dining area and guest rooms to sleep people as i would love to have everyone here for Christmas the work that that entailed wouldn't worry me as i love cooking and i love the busy buzz of Christmas.

This year will be extra special as my little sisters little girl will be celebrating her first ever Christmas i can't wait to see her little face when all the twinkly lights go up and she gets to open all her goodies. Gives me a brilliant excuse to play with all the toys in the shops too much to my hubbies annoyance lol he shakes his head and walks away.. What can i say i am a big kid at heart and am sure at this time of year i have egg nog running through my veins not because i drink it lol just because i am one of those annoying christmassy people who never shhh's about the big day and am sure all my friends and family are fed up hearing about Christmas as i normally start planning in October since card making i have started even earlier with Christmas being mentioned and played with since May i never tire of all things sparkly and glittery perhaps i was a magpie in a previous life. LOL thanks for reading if you read this waffle to the end. I think i might go and do some more Christmas Crafting .
