Visiting 2017 part1

Hello fellow bloggers ,
Isn’t it funny when you start a new blog post how you see the blank page and then think what is it I came on to say? It’s like my mind went blank I guess it’s writers block. So anyway I came on here to chat to you all about this year but at what part of the year should I begin with? I can tell you it’s been a very challenging year with lots going on.

Health wise it’s been good days and bad with many more bad days than good, One positive thing this year was purchasing a craft table for the living room, looking wise I’m not so happy with it at the bottom of my living room but the good thing is that I no longer hide away up the stairs crafting and before when I wasn’t well I spent more time in my bed than I do now as my table is inviting and easier to just sit at and play instead of constantly needing me to bend and find supplies to play with.

I’ve rejoined the I love Pro Markers design team so I’m loving taking part in the challenges and visiting blogs to leave feed back in them. Thanks to modern technology I have became very close to a crafting sister I’ve had for 15 years Nikki and I catch up daily and try to fit a little crafting in using facebooks messenger video. It’s fun crafting with friends an I enjoy it when our other pal Angela can join in, We tease each other and have many giggles. I highly recommend crafting in this way. As you can see fairly positive so far although I’m not getting into the nitty gritty I can say this year hasn’t always been so positive, Kevin isn’t working just now his depression has been winning and he’s since been told he has heart issues.

To turn a negative into a positive He’s found a love for crafting and is currently making his sister a nativity scene using the scan n cut machine he bought for me. I don’t know but I’m a lover of dies so the scan n cut isn’t something I’d consider using much so I’m glad to see Kevin enjoy making the three d snowmen he’s been making. You may have seen his witch on Create and Craft he was so impressed that they showed it.

We are looking forward to giving Christmas gifts this year as many include gifts from the HeART I’ve been making gem painting pictures , jewellery and angels, while Kevin has made my two little family members an advent snowman each it was fun trying to find 24 small gifts to fit in. My sister reports that both kids are loving them so that’s a great reason to smile.

So anyway this ramble certainly is a wee ramble so I’m going to finish it off just now and revisit it later. Keep smiling it’s a true saying smile and the world smiles with you cry and your alone.

Have a fabulous week ahead xxx
Hugs Sharon
